Teddy boy Rock 'n' Roll 4-piece from Sweden with their first album! It's hard rockin' no-holds-barred Rebel Rockabilly and Teddyboy style Rock'n'Roll from start to finish - there's no letting up with these fourteen all original tracks. The CD includes a guest appearance from legendary rocker Wild Bob Burgos on drums. Wild Bob Burgos also endorses the band via his liner notes:

"The treasured survival of authentic rock'n'roll music is in the original and personal way that musicians work within tradition. So by getting into this classic music, it isn't just the notes, it's also the underlying emotional territory, enabling musicians to be articulate within a style by playing it, and also playing with it, stretching conventions in an artistic way without abusing the music itself.
Today the term rock'n'roll has broadened and has lost its original meaning because the links with the 1950's are diminishing. It's only the genuine rockers that will continue to uphold this traditional roots music, because it is they who are deeply committed to the style.
During my career, I have travelled on extensive tours to many countries, performing to sell-out audiences and working with musicians of all ages and nationalities. Whilst on tour in Scandinavia back in 1998, I met up with a Swedish band who were playing at one of the venues. This rock'n'roll outfit played with the same commitment and dedication as I play myself. The band were called 'THE DREADNOUGHTS' originally, but were later to change their name to 'SNAKEBITE', due to line-up changes within the group.
Individually and as a team, these guys have it all because they all believe in recreating and capturing that unique authentic sound of the 1950's, the same way as I do. During the past five years, I have made many trips to Sweden, and on several occasions I have been honoured to have this band backing me up as my 'HOUSEROCKERS'.
Not only does this band play great hard-hitting, down-to-earth rock'n'roll, they also write their own uncomplicated high energy rockabilly music that is evident on this CD. Despite their cultural distance from authentic rockabilly and rock'n'roll music, SNAKEBITE are one of those bands who will carry on the tradition to maintain that the 1950's survival is here to stay."
