Rockabeats - Born to rock
The Rockabeats, whose combined age was less than one Rolling Stone when this CD was released, will be putting the rock firmly back into Rock'n'Roll with a mixture of classic covers and, more importantly, their own self-penned tracks. Although much younger at the time, the boys have already made local and national TV appearances on shows such as Blue Peter, The Big Breakfast and the Disney Channel. Just last year they advanced to more prestigious appearances, such as performing on the national Swiss TV show Top of Switzerland with number one Swiss band 'Gottard'. This was closely followed by another guest appearance on a European teenage chart show program called Jukebox, as well as Blue Peter, The Big Breakfast and The Disney Channel. In their short career they have had the privilege of playing with no fewer than 20 rock legends, including a performance at Paul McCartney's private party. After their performance Paul was so thrilled that he told them; "You boys were brill... you can really play". The Rockabeats could be forgiven for taking musical influences, style, and rhythm from many of the music idols that they have shared stages with, but they have an original and dynamic style all of their own, and an act that is definitely focused on the 21st century with a stage show that has conquered audiences across Europe.
