Crazy Cavan 'n' The Rhythm Rockers

Got the CD's Friday morning. If you like it raw (very raw!) and hard, then the 'rollin through the night' cd is the one. Track 7 'rockin alcoholic' is something else. Both CD's have that 'crazy rhythm' and have that 'you're in the pub with them' feel. Standard Cavan stuff (I've been a fan since '77 !) Graham Ferguson (UK)

Was it hard to find rock'n'roll in late 1960's?
To be honest when I was a kid radio never played rock'n'roll. In fact they did not play records, but had their own artists covering the latest hits. You could only pick up rock'n'roll from Luxembourg late at night or from AFM-forces network. I think it was a show every Sunday that was a request show where you could hear some interesting stuff. I discovered rock'n'roll really through the fairgrounds. They used to play a lot of rock'n'roll records in those days.

Do you have a big record collection?
I can't give you a number because I am not a person who counts records, but I have a good collection. I also collect 50's comic books and other stuff. I got huge stacks all aroud the house. I even got some old radios because they are so special looking that I just had to get them. I don't use them, they are just on the shelves all over the place.
